Xbox 360 games worth getting...?

Gears of War and Gears of War 2, Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, COD Modern Warfare, F.E.A.R., If you don't mind it being a somewhat RPG, M Effect. Lost Planet, Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil 5, Perfect Dark Zero is ok. Bioshock, Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2. That's all I got off the top of my head.
