How do I add custom options to my yahoo store front products so customers can only select one a purchase?

I'm trying to add products to my yahoo storefront and am having a little trouble when it comes to setting up custom options. Our sleeping bags can have custom interiors but they can only pick one option. There are three drop boxes (Fleece, Flannel, and Minky), is there a way to set it up that when one option is selected, the other two default to a "No, thank you" option? I've been working with the catalog manager but I must be missing something. Please help. This is driving me nuts.
