She is not ready for a relationship with me or anyone right now?

I went out with this girl several times and we were intimate a few times and I sent her flowers. After that she told me that she is not ready for a relationship now with me or anyone. I blew her off for 3 weeks and then took her out this past weekend. We had a romantic dinner and saw a movie. She grabbed by arm during the movie. When we said good bye and hugged she slowy kissed my cheek and we made out for a few seconds. She knows I am really into her but keeps backing off. When we are together I feel like she really likes me. She is 27 and I am older. I really want her but know I need to focus my attention on finding other women. I feel like I am infatuated with her. Should I just forget her or should I focus on other women and engage her once in a while to see if she comes around?
