How would you solve the terrorism, corruption, and poverty problems throughout the world?

I believe the problems have gone on for long enough. There are certain nations that are constantly stricken with terrorism, corruption and poverty. Actually every country has a little of these problems but some have always had them to the highest degree and will always have them. I have certain countries in mind but won't mention them to avoid conflict. But do you believe it's time for the nations that have shown stability, justice, impartialness and equality to step in and forcefully take over those nations and implement the infrastructure and systems that do not allow those third world activities to flourish.....Maybe we should let those struggling countries peoples vote if they would like to have their current governments overthrown by a collective and global united force and have a unilateral global government implemented that will rule with a heavy fist. i.e. corrupt official will be put on trial by their peers(countryman) and if found guilty they will be given life imprisonment and same for drug dealers and terrorists.
