Could I get into NYU or northwestern?

I absolutely think you can! Your GPA is great, and it sounds like you're a well-rounded person with lots of extracurricular activities. When you apply, make sure your essay is personal. Don't slack off your senior year as colleges like NYU and Northwestern will look at your senior year GPA as well! Good luck and Congrats!
