Spanish help | EXPERTS ONLY!?

Not sure what this is for, I'm uming a cl report or homework ignment. I would highly encourage you to try it first and let us correct you. However, I will be willing to help you out. Before I do I need to know what form of the tense you want it in. Is it in the singular form like 'yo' or 'tu' or is it plural like 'nosotros' or 'ustedes'....Answer that part first and then I'll help. Because I don't know if you're looking for every part of the verb tense or just one in particular.
