Doesnt it sadden you when you see two 10 year old girls smoking?

I was at a concert yesterday and these two 10 year old girls were smoking cigarettes that their mom let them have! then they screamed "i wanna f you!" to one of the bands. then they starting grinding with eachother and lifing up their shirts. this makes me sick.
