What books can I read about the negative effects of reaganomics on the black community?

Reagan was a huge bigot, everyone knows that. I want to learn more about HOW and not just THAT reaganomics ****** up the black community. If there are any other books about Iran-Contra, Aids, Crack, Arms for hostages, his cutting the civil rights division out of the justice department, his cutting welfare and school programs, selling weapons to Iraq AND Iran(starting a war between the two) how he refused to help the south Africans overthrow their racist government or anything else that he ****** up on, refer them to me too.
