I am having bizarre and grotesque dreams?
Movies can help a great deal. Oh, I'm not joking. They can. And try going out with a friend everyday, I mean, go out for a walk and try to use some company when you go out for a walk. And spend a little time with people you care for daily. And if you have a GF or a BF, tell them how you feel and it's in times like this you bond well. And the relationship itself grows and matures through all this. And try not to play Video Games; that's because they don't help you relax, and that's what you need do, to stay relaxed and calm and try to be at peace. And avoid movies that resemble your dreams, avoid news that make you sad, avoid people that make you cry, do you know what I'm saying? Take as much negativity out of your life as you can and see the difference for yourself. See how much of a difference it makes. See how different things will appear. Thanks for reading.
