Was my eating/exercise alright for today?
Well, the sub was 750 calories (just looked it up) For two 6 inches. Then the pork chop dinner was around 400 calories. 3 kisses is only like 150 calories. So that's 1300 calories. Then, if you dance for 3 and a halg hours that burns about 500 calories. So since you're body naturally burn 1800 calories a day that means that you burned 1000 calories today. You should try to only burn 500 a day. That's the way to stay healthy. How about instead of eating such a unhealthy sandwich (I thought it was healthy too, but then I discovered it is the sugariest sandwich in america- gross!) How about you wake up, grab an apple and a granola bar, then have a subway sub for lunch- but have a trkey or veggy. It is much healthier. Then, don't have the chocolate. Just resist. Good luck!
