Swollen throat and trouble swallowing food.?

Starting about a month ago I started taking these homeopathic supplements potium phosphate, and magnesium phosphate, and sodium sulfate. After about a week or two of taking the supplements I noticed my lymph node in the right side of my neck swelling up and very painful. I did blood work, and everything came back normal. I kept taking the supplements not thinking it would do anything to do. The more and more I took, the worst the pain got. So I stopped. After stopping, the pain has gone away and the swelling reduced a lot, but I'm having trouble swallowing food, and I feel like my throat is a swollen. I feel like food is getting stuck. I went to ER, took more blood work for EBV, CBC, a bunch of them everything came back normal again. I took a cat scan of my neck and lungs, everything came back normal as well. I want to see how to get rid of this swelling. Doctor wants me to do a Endoscopy tomorrow, but another doctor says a Cortisone injection will do the trick.
