Ron Paul on the Wave?

Tonight we saw Dr. Ron Paul tugging on Gooliani's heels....---though Rudy has made it clear he is not concerned about NH. Do we think Dr. Paul actually has a chance to defend the Constitution, or is he a sinking ship?
