Rear wiper escort mk6 PLEASE HELP?

hi i have a mk6 escort (95 n) i have changed the wiper motor, the stem the relay and the fuse is fine still nothing. Im at the end of my tether here. my number plate light wont work either im hoping this is a clue as the wiring all runs together. the front wipers work fine as does the front and rear pumps. so please if you have any idea what so ever please let me know as im going insane tracking this problem. many thanks i wait in anticipation
