Is GREENWORKS natural all purpose cleaner SAFE for my guinea pigs?

i clean their cage at least once a week with this cleaner i need to know if it is safe for them, its all organic and never been tested on animals, It says that it irritates eyes, so obviously its strong. It also says call poison control if ingested?
