I want a new Verizon phone but my old phone's contract isn't up.?

I really want to get the HTC Ozone that just came out for Verizon Wireless but my Voyager contract isn't expired yet. How much would I have to pay to get the Ozone if my Voyager contract still has 1 year left on it and the Ozone costs $120.00? Also, would i able to keep my same plan if I get the Ozone?? Help!
