The mediator called me the other day on the phone, and she was telling me my options. She made it seem clear I couldnt get my job back, but was telling me I can ask for a monetary settlement. I didnt expect that, and so I was wondering when such things occur through the eeoc, how much money do people usually get from discrimination charges? If anyone has an idea, or even went through some thing similar let me know, I am curious.
