I dont know how to deal with my mom going through menopase...?

my mom has been showing symptoms of menopause lately shes has moodswing, trouble sleeping, and all this other stuff (shes 45 by the way). it hasnt been diagnosed or whatever but i think she has it...my dad is a trucker so hes only home about 4 days a week..my mom gets mad at him for the dumbest reasons and says things like i wish you wouldve died that day and he knows she doesnt mean it but it does hurt him she hasnt slept in the same bed as him 2 weekends in a row and i get scared she'll leave sometimes even though she already cleared that up for me but this morning my dad said that if she says something stupid and packs up my things for me to go one more time i'm leaving and my dad always takes the first step towards making up with her. he always tries to make peace before she does. so now its a whole other issue and i'm scared and i dont know what to do ...
