Can I house rabbits, guinea pigs and finches together?

I have an unused pergola area that I'd like to make in to a walk-in aviary also suitable for my 2 rabbits and 1 guinea pig. Should I raise the floor so the droppings fall through or would the droppings degrade fast enough just to bury the wire under the ground?
